We want your stay to be one that you will enjoy. We ask that you please follow our rules and regulations below.
Check out time: 12:00pm
If you would like to extend your stay, please check in the office early. We will try to accommodate your request. Management has the right to refuse tenancy. Electricity, water, sewer, and cable TV are included in our rent payment. Monthly tenants must pay electricity fee.Quiet Hours
10:00pm - 7:00am. Please respect your neighbors.Speed Limit
Please observe the 5 mph speed limit.Bathrooms and Laundry
Facilities are for registered guests only. Please notify the staff if any of our facilities need attention.Sewer Connections
Must be water tight and park approved, complying with Oregon Health Code. Water pressure regulators are recommended. Tenant is responsible for their equipment beyond point of hookup.Vehicle Limitations
No large trucks. RVs must be in good working condition, 10 year policy in effect, subject to management's discretion.Parking
No parking on grass, streets, or other empty RV spaces. No auto repair. Washing of RVs in park is permissible by using environmentally safe products.Children
All children under the age of 14 need to be supervised by parent or guardian and may not be in spa if under 7 years old. If older than 7 years, child must be accompanied by parent.Pets
Pets must be kept inside unless leashed by tenant. Your pet's mess is your mess, clean it up immediately. You may not use an empty site. There are three designated pet areas. You must pick up after your pet.Smoking
No smoking or beverages throughout the clubhouse. No smoking in any restroom or laundry.Fires
Open fires are not allowed. Barbeques and camp stoves are acceptable.Site Maintenance
RV spaces need to be kept clean of clutter.Right of Way
Please respect other campers by not walking through their sites.Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the premises.Liability
The owners and agents assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of property including theft, fire, flood, wind, or any act of God that may occur within the resort. Three strikes you're out program.
