Management must be notified if a late checkout is desired. Management will do its best to accommodate the guest; but reserves the right to refuse or move the guest to another site.
If you are interested in an early check-in, you must contact the office and we will do our best to accommodate you.
There is a $50.00 late fee added to the account on the 5th day after payment is due unless prior arrangements are made with management.
No more than seven (7) people may occupy or stay in an RV overnight without prior permission from RV Park Management.
No vehicle repairs, maintenance activities or fluid changes of personal vehicles are permitted. Washing of personal vehicles is permitted ONLY at the designated car wash station located in front of maintenance shed. Washing of RV’s in Resort is permissible. Please use environmentally safe products. Limit of two vehicles per site. No parking on grass or roadway is permitted at any time. This includes vehicles that overhang into the grass or roadway.
No open fires are permitted in the Resort except for the designated fire pit that is located at the gazebo. Barbeques and camp stoves are acceptable for cooking only.
Must be water tight and Resort approved, complying with Oregon Health Code. Sewer hoses are required to be off the ground at all times and must be sloped from RV to sewer connection. Water pressure regulators are recommended. Patrons are responsible for their equipment beyond point of hookup. Patrons are also responsible for winterizing their equipment. This includes water spigot, hoses and installing heat tape. All waste water and sewage must be dumped through the sewer connection. No exceptions. No objects that resist water (including, but not limited to, facial tissue, disposable diapers, paper towels, baby wipes, tampons, cotton balls, and coffee grounds) may be flushed or otherwise deposited into the system.
RVs must be 10 years or newer or in good working condition and are subject to management’s discretion. RV and/or camper exteriors must be in good condition, free from rust. Any RV is subject to Manager Approval before extended stay. RVs being towed by a tow truck are not permitted in the Resort, unless the tow truck is registered to the owner of the RV and it’s the mode of transportation for the trailer. All recreational vehicles must be insured and are required to provide proof of insurance and list Hee Hee Illahee RV Resort located at 4751 Astoria St. NE Salem, OR 97305 as an interested party. Please contact your insurance agency for more information. Tents are not allowed in the Resort at any time.
RV spaces need to be kept clean of clutter. No pools are allowed in sites. No items are to be stored and or kept on the grass except for the provided picnic tables. TARPS of any kind are not allowed in the sites. Do not place personal BBQ’s or hot items on tables or benches. No stakes in the ground are allowed at any time due to underground sprinkler system. Nothing is allowed to be placed into the ground. This includes but is not limited to yard art, awning stakes, pet stakes, flowers, bird feeders or any ornamental fixtures etc. We allow up to eight (8) five-gallon flower pots per site. The installation of any accessory equipment and/or structures in their site or on the property is prohibited. Patio sales, moving sales, and yard sales are expressly prohibited. Decks that are currently in the Resort may stay. Gazebos are allowed only on the concrete and are not to be staked to the ground or placed in the grass. Gazebos may not be used as storage or parking of vehicles. Manager reserves the right to request the removal of any Gazebo at any time.
Extended stay (long-term) guests must have working appliances in their RVs to include kitchen and bathroom. The clubhouse kitchen and shower facilities are for complementary utilization not as replacements for working kitchens and bathrooms in RVs of extended stay guests. Please be considerate of the other 138 site guests who may wish to utilize the kitchen or clubhouse. Please be aware the clubhouse meeting room and/or kitchen may be reserved for private parties and other functions. The kitchen and clubhouse meeting rooms may not be available to other guests at that time.
Registered patrons as well as any of their guests will ensure site noise does not disturb other patrons at any time during the day or night. This includes surround sound, music, barking dogs, generators and loud voices.
Storage of anything beneath, behind or on the outside of the recreational vehicle is prohibited without prior approval from management. This includes, but is not limited to, storage of boxes, trunks, wood, pipes, bottles, tools, mops, ladders, paint cans or any item which is unsightly in appearance. No appliances, including but not limited to, water heaters, freezers, refrigerators, washing machines, clothes dryers, may be installed or placed outside of the RV at any time. Management reserves the right to ask any patrons to remove any items that are unsightly in a timely manner.
Registered patrons and/or their guests are responsible for disposal of their trash into any marked refuse bin located in the Resort. Garbage must be wrapped and, with other refuse, kept inside the RV until deposited in the designated refuse bins. Placement of landscaping, pruning or other yard waste in the refuse bins is prohibited. Bringing trash from outside Hee Hee Illahee RV Resort to dump into refuse bins is prohibited. Dumping construction debris (material), large items such as mattresses and appliances, electronics to include computers, monitors, printers, televisions, and/or radios etc. into Hee Hee Illahee RV Resort refuse bins is expressly prohibited. Anyone seen dumping electronics or other forbidden items into the refuse bins will pay any fee/fine charged to the Hee Hee Illahee RV Resort for the items and asked to leave the Resort permanently.
All children under the age of sixteen (16) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
The types of pets permitted are: a domesticated bird, cat, dog, or aquatic animal kept within an aquarium. No more than three (3) pets per site (excluding fish in an aquarium) unless prior approval is received from Resort Management. No breeding of pets with the intent to sell is allowed in the Resort. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times; no exceptions. This also includes cats. If we see your pets unleashed outside you will be cited. Pets may be tied to a patron’s site or in a pen adequate to contain the animal as long as there is a responsible party present at all times outside with the animal. Exercise pens on the grass need to be moved prior to weekly landscape services. Should the owner need to go inside the RV or leave the site the pet must be placed inside the RV. There are no pets allowed in the clubhouse area unless it is a registered service animal. This includes the office, laundry room, restrooms, pool, spa, and any other part of the main building. Please clean up after the pet. If it is determined that the pet is not being cleaned up after, a violation will be given by management to the owner. Three violations could result in eviction from the Resort. All pets must be up to date on vaccines with proof provided to management upon request. Pets may not disturb other residents with barking, growling, and/or yipping. Non-house pets are prohibited under any circumstances. Strange and exotic pets are not permitted. Pit Bulls, Chow Chows, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinchers and other aggressive breeds are expressly prohibited. Any pet that demonstrates aggressive behavior is subject to being asked to leave the Resort.
No illegal or unauthorized use or storage of firearms, weapons, and/or explosives is permitted within the Resort, in a vehicle of any kind, or on the person of any registered patron or guest. Storage and/or utilization of fireworks in the Resort are expressly prohibited.
Anything which creates a threat to health and safety shall not be permitted on the Premises. No flammable, combustible, or explosive liquid, material chemical or substance (except those customarily used for normal household purposes which shall be properly stored within the RV) may be stored on the Property and then only in quantities reasonably necessary for normal household purposes.

Please observe the 5 MPH speed limit. Patrons seen driving through the Resort clearly in excess of 10 MPH will be given one verbal reminder. Three infractions will result in the patron being asked to leave the Resort. Resort management reserves the right to enforce speed limits through the utilization of surveillance tapes. Patrons utilizing bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, in-line skates, or any other vehicles or devices will obey the 5 MPH speed limit.
No parking anywhere in the resort, other than the reserved site(s) or the provided overflow parking areas, is allowed except by prior approval by Resort management. No parking in the grass, street, or vacant RV spaces. If loading or unloading vehicle, or for any other extenuating circumstances, please contact Resort management for approval. Patrons with more than two vehicles, or have vehicles the site(s) cannot accommodate, must park in the designated overflow parking area. Parking of cargo trailers or anything other than standard transportation vehicles is not permitted without manager approval. All vehicles must have current tags and insurance. RV’s and campers must be parked head in/or head out only. No sideways parking. Only one (1) RV or camper per space unless approval is received by the RV Resort manager ahead of time.
Hee Hee Illahee RV Resort provided coax SD extended cable services through Comcast as a free amenity to daily, weekly and extended stay guests. Patrons are allowed to upgrade their Comcast video services through their coax connection with prior written permission from Hee Hee Illahee RV Resort Management. Patrons are responsible for ALL COSTS associated with upgraded video services including installation and reoccurring monthly charges. Furthermore, patrons, upon leaving the resort; are responsible to pay any fees associated with restoring the coax video services to original condition. Hee Hee Illahee RV Resort Management reserves the right to hold deposit for all patrons utilizing expanded Comcast video services.
Registered patrons will be provided basic access to the internet as an included amenity through Hee Hee Illahee RV Resort’s “Network”. The “Network” is inclusive all wired and wireless connections as well as equipment and software. Users agree that use of the Hee Hee Illahee RV Resort Network is at the user’s sole risk and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the owners, owner’s agents, and/or Resort management from any damage that may result in the use of the wireless access. Furthermore, while using the Network, the guest acknowledges that he/she is subject to and agrees to abide by all laws and all rules and regulations of the City of Salem, State of Oregon, The United States of America and the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians. Hee Hee Illahee RV Resort Management reserves the right to suspend or terminated registered guest access to the Network if they violate any of these provisions. Any patron found sharing their access code with anyone other than their guests, is subject to losing their internet amenity and removal from Network access.
No representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, are made regarding the operations of the Network. Hee Hee Illahee RV Resort, its owners, and agents shall not be liable for any damages of any kind that may result from the use of the Network. Viruses, security, and privacy protection is the responsibility of the user. Information passing through Hee Hee Illahee RV Resort’s Network is not secured and could be monitored, captured, or altered by others. Hee Hee Illahee RV Resort assumes no responsibility for any alterations or interference with a laptop, tablet, desktop, or other electronic device’s operation or data files resulting from connection to Hee Hee Illahee RV Resort’s Network. Hee Hee Illahee RV Resort is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of any kind to a user’s equipment, software, data files or personal property that may occur as a result of using the Resort’s Network. Operations of the Resort Network is provided as is and there is no warranty made or implied it will be free from errors and interruptions. RV Resort Management may shutdown the Network from time to time for repairs and upgrades.
Hee Hee Illahee RV Resort management does not provide technical support to patrons for their devices to connect to the Network. A toll free 800 number is provided to guests for technical support. Hee Hee Illahee RV Resort reserves the right to block BitTorrent, file sharing or other internet activities at any time.
Utilization of The Hee Hee Illahee RV Resort Network for business purposes is prohibited. RV Resort patrons may purchase their own internet access through Comcast or other ISP with prior written approval from management for utilization on the Resort Network as long as their internet service does not interfere with other patrons. Interference includes any hardware such as routers, switches, APs and/or repeaters that cause interference, degrade the Network and/or steal IP addresses or otherwise pose security risk. Any costs associated with utilizing a third party ISP including installation fees is strictly the patron’s responsibility. Patrons are responsible for all costs including any additional monthly charges. At no time does Comcast or the patron have the right to physical changes to the RV Resort Network without prior written permission from RV Resort Management. Furthermore, upon leaving the resort, the patron is responsible for ensuring the Network is restored including paying any fees to restore the original Network configuration. Hee Hee Illahee RV Resort Management reserves the right to hold deposit for all patrons utilizing third party ISP on Network.
No walking, playing or otherwise occupying another patron’s site. Do not walk pets through other patron’s sites. However, please note that each site pedestal is on the adjacent patron’s site so patrons may walk on adjacent site only to the pedestal.
Please do not leave items unattended in the laundry facility. Any items left in the laundry room unattended will be taken and placed into the office by management. Hee Hee Illahee RV Resort and its management are not responsible for any stolen or damaged items left in the laundry room. Washing of pet bedding or other pet materials including any materials covered in bodily fluids in the laundry machines is expressly prohibited. No washing of excessively dirty, hairy, greasy, bloody, or oily items. No washing of vehicle accessories; floors mats, rugs, seat covers, etc. Please wipe up any spilled liquid laundry soap off machines and floor, don’t leave the laundry unattended and don’t overload the washer or dryer. Resort management reserves the right to enforce these laundry room rules through video surveillance.
Please do not leave items unattended in the bathrooms. Any items left in the bathrooms unattended will be discarded by management. Hee Hee Illahee Resort and its management are not responsible for any items left in the bathroom. Restrooms and showers are provided for the exclusive use of registered patrons and their accompanied guests. These facilities will be closed from time to time at Resort Management’s discretion for cleaning and repairs. No disposal of any food trash whatsoever in the restroom garbage receptacles. No hair dyes or powders are allowed in restrooms. No pet washing or washing of pet crates or litter boxes. Please be courteous and clean up after yourself, this includes; shaving of beards and mustaches. No smoking of any substances is allowed.
No smoking is permitted inside any of the resort facilities or in certain areas listed herein. This includes the restrooms, pool and spa area, showers, laundry room, children’s playground, and Gazebo. Please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately. Cigarette butt receptacles are placed around the outside of the clubhouse for your convenience. At no time should cigarette butts be disposed of except through the receptacles or in the RV.
While the State of Oregon has legalized possession of marijuana up to eight (8) ounces in an individual’s home and up to one (1) ounce in possession, and allows the use of it in your home along with the cultivation of up to four (4) plants; the possession or use of marijuana remains a federal crime. The use or possession of marijuana, including medical marijuana, remains illegal on all tribal lands. The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians has not legalized the possession of marijuana in private homes (RVs), nor has it legalized the cultivation, sharing or trade of marijuana in your homes (RVs) or on any tribal lands. Violation of this policy will result in RV Resort management asking you to leave the premises immediately.
Hee Hee Illahee RV resort has 24hr video surveillance. Hee Hee Illahee RV Resort’s owners, managers, and/or its agents do not guarantee the video surveillance system will capture everything that occurs in the resort.
Actions by any person, (as determined by Resort Management) of any nature which may be dangerous, or create a health and safety problem or disturbs others is not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, any unusual, disturbing or excessive noise, intoxication, and quarreling, threatening, fighting, immoral or illegal conduct. Storage or utilization of any illegal drug or substance, profanity, or rude boisterous, objectionable or abusive language or conduct. Persons under the influence of alcohol or any other substance shall not be permitted in any area of the Resort which is generally open to all tenants, occupants, and their guests. The Property and Registered patron’s recreational vehicle shall be used only for private residential purposes, and no business or commercial activity of any nature shall be conducted thereon. This prohibition applies to any commercial or business activity, including but not limited to, the leasing, subleasing, sale, or exchange of recreational vehicles. The violation of any law or ordinance of the City of Salem, Marion County, State of Oregon, United States of America, or Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians will not be tolerated. No acts, or demeanor, shall be permitted which would place the Resort Management, owners, and/or its agents in violation of any law or ordinance referenced herein. Registered patrons are responsible for the actions of their guests. All patrons and guests must wear clothing in the Resort. No drones or flying vehicles are allowed on the Resort property. Hee Hee Illahee Management reserves the right to issue 30 day “no cause evictions” for extended stay patrons. Extended stay is defined as more than 28 days.
The clubhouse kitchen is available for common use by guests to include “get-togethers” and parties. No food is to be stored in refrigerator or freezer for more than 24 hours without prior resort management approval. For all extended stay guests, the clubhouse kitchen is not intended to be a replacement for a functioning kitchen in your RV and is not to be used as a personal kitchen replacement. Please be considerate of the other 138 sites patrons.
Throw-away newspapers, distribution of handbills, notices, or advertisements, and door-to-door selling or solicitation are not permitted without Resort Management consent. All salespeople must make individual appointments with the registered patron concerned or interested.
There is no lifeguard on duty; use the pool at your own risk. All children under the age of sixteen or non-swimmers must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Pool hours are from 9:00am to 9:00pm seasonally. All persons must take a cleansing shower before using the pool or spa. No person(s) shall run or engage in horseplay in or around the pool or spa areas. Elderly persons and those suffering from heart disease, diabetes, or high blood pressure should consult their physician before using the pool or spa. No person suffering from a communicable disease, transmissible via water, shall use the pool or spa. Persons using prescription medications should consult their physician before using the pool or spa. Pregnant women should not use the pool or spa without consulting their physician. All persons who are incontinent or who are not “potty trained” are not permitted in the pool or spa (swim diapers for babies and toddlers are ok). No diapers are allowed in the pool or hot tub. It is recommended that guest do not swim alone as there is no lifeguard on duty. Persons should spend no more than 15 minutes in the spa at any one session.
Except for flotation devices for small children, swim fins and remote controlled vehicles/toys are not permitted to be used. No person shall bring, throw or carry food, drink, chewing gum, smoking material, trash, debris, or any other foreign substances into the pool or spa area. Pets are not allowed in the pool and spa area unless it is a certified service animal. No individual under the influence of alcohol shall use the pool or spa. Persons in street shoes shall not be permitted on the pool or spa deck area used by the bathers. Pool hours and additional pool rules are posted in the pool and spa area. Guests are not allowed to use the pool or spa unless accompanied by a registered patron. Furthermore, registered patrons are responsible for the conduct of their guests. These facilities will be closed from time to time at Resort Management’s discretion for cleaning and repairs.
