For stays 28 consecutive days or more a 2% CTSI Tribal Transient Tax shall apply. Please note, for all stays of 28 consecutive days or more but less than 30 consecutive days  there is no City of Salem transient tax but there is a 1.8% State of Oregon and 2.0% CTSI tribal transient tax on the appropriate rates. For all stays longer than 30 consecutive days there is a 2.0% CTSI tribal tax applied to all the appropriate rates.</p>

Guests who paid the extended stay monthly rate and leave early up to 14 days after checking-in will have their monthly reservation fee converted to a weekly/daily rate with the balance, if any, refunded. No refunds after 14 days.
